The CR Morrow family business began with the introduction of petrol pumps and vehicle servicing in 1952. Five years later CR Morrow Agri was launched selling leading makes of farm machinery. As business increased into the early 1960s, CR Morrow became a Limited company with Mr & Mrs Morrow as Directors. In 1965 the company acquired its first car franchise, incorporating Hillman, Humber, Sunbeam and Talbot (later to become Chrysler), which it sold successfully until the late ‘70s when Mitsubishi, Skoda, and Seat were acquired.
The next major change came in 1988 when the company was successful in obtaining the GM Vauxhall Franchise to supply Vauxhall New Cars, Network Q Used Vauxhall, Vauxhall Servicing, and Vauxhall Parts. Over thirty years later we are still proudly representing the Vauxhall brand in Newry and Mourne.
In 2009 we introduced the Hyundai brand into CR Morrow dealership, supplying new Hyundai cars, used Hyundai cars, Hyundai servicing and parts. As the Hyundai brand has grown, we have too, with a complete refresh of our Hyundai showroom to include a dedicated coffee dock, SMART LED TV, lounge area, kids play table and free WiFi.
CR Morrow is a truly unique company offering what we like to call ‘a car village’ with one site offering new and used Hyundai car sales, Vauxhall new and used car sales and our recently launched Used Car AutoCentre over 100 quality, used cars.
