Due to continued growth an opportunity has come available for a motivated Workshop Controller to join our team at CR Morrow Ltd

 

As a CR Morrow W/Shop Controller, you will show outstanding care towards all matter relating aftersales and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will be tasked to inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the advisors updated at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with other departments about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time with a focus on 'right first time' fixes, technician quality, training a development while creating a safe an productive environment.

 

This is a role where customer care always comes first, you will work along side on members of staff, build a genuine rapport with them and work as team to deliver excellence.

 

Working Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm

 

About you

Previous motor trade experience is preferable in a similar if not same role with a willingness to learn and progress. In house and manufacturer training will be provided.

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A good track record of working within a team would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of satisfaction in a busy and demanding environment.

As a CR Morrow Service Advisor, you will show outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will be tasked to inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up dated at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our customers.

 

This is a role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

 

Working Hours Monday - Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm

 

About you

Parts Advisor

Full Time Permanent

Due to the continued development of our Aftersales business, we require an Parts Advisor to join our busy Team.

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing/Costing of Retail, Internal & Warranty work
  • Inbound and Outbound calling
  • Pre Pic for w/shop service & repairs
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing & filing of paper work
  • Providing cover when required to parts desk operations
  • Ensuring that our customers receive an excellent aftersales experience

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a parts advisor/store role
  • Working experience of Dealer Management System (not essential as training can be provided)
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30 (15min break, 45min lunch)
NO SATURDAYS
